We begin a new year thinking about what is possible. 💫 Latin America, with all its contrasts, is also a melting pot of possibilities and opportunities. This new year, let us face challenges with the strength of resilience and collectivity that are part of our identity. 🌱

We are left with a quote from senior lawyer Geraldine Izaguirre: “What is considered normal today will not be normal tomorrow.” We share this phrase on the last day of the year as an invitation to reflect on what, amid contrasts, we want to remain and flourish. 🌱✨

🌎 Latin America is a region of enormous natural and cultural wealth, and its people are known for their warmth and resilience. But the contrasts in our region are not a fate, but a motivation to fight for a more just and sustainable world for all. 🌱

🌎 This year, during one of our team meetings, a phrase came up that stuck with us: “Latin America: land of contrasts.” As we approach the end of the year, we share the reflections that arose about what this extraordinary region means, and what we have learned during 2025. 💫
