@Avabelly__ You may have to write a registered/recorded delivery letter to them, pointing out the costly damage to your lawn and referring to the discussions you have had in the past. Saying that you seem to get on otherwise, but you have a routes in law that could be taken.

Need advice. Our neighbor keeps driving across our lawn because their driveway is always full. We asked politely, they apologized, but they never stopped. Now there’s a large dead patch of grass, and we even have video footage showing it happening repeatedly. I don’t want a neighbor feud, but I’m tired of watching our yard get damaged because moving their own cars is inconvenient. Would you talk to them again, put up a barrier, contact the HOA/management, or do something else? Am I overreacting, or is this genuinely disrespectful? 🤔
