Best practice, generate keys offline, store them offline, and grant your Ai the ability to form transactions then notify you to sign with your cold wallet, never give them the keys or signing authority. The tech exists.

Right, and that’s what I’m saying. When you don’t reuse addresses you avoid this issue. Also block time. Not only does the quantum computer need to be many many orders of magnitude better with error corrected qubits, than what is available today, but a 1 minute block time or in the case of projects like Kaspa with 1 second block time, this adds even more challenge to the theoretical risk of someone using Shor’s algorithm to front run a transaction in mempool.

@AdamAssets @kimsj0225 @tronblack @Ravencoin The issue is the mempool vulnerability. When you move funds from a 'cold' address, your public key is revealed. A sufficiently powerful quantum computer could then use Shor's algorithm to derive your private key and front-run your transaction before it's even confirmed.

@LexNox_RVN @kimsj0225 @tronblack @Ravencoin If it’s your hodl address, don’t spend from it more more than once (the public address is not the public key), and then Shor’s algo is irrelevant. This has been best practice for more than a decade.

@kimsj0225 @tronblack @Ravencoin @kimsj0225 Calling it 'bullshit' doesn't change the math. ECDSA is vulnerable to Shor's algorithm. If you think Quantum Resistance isn't a priority for a long-term store of value like RVN, I think you need to hit the books.

Do you have your seed words? That’s the only way to access your wallet. Use the seed words and import them when creating a wallet (you’ll make a new user name, password, and pin). As long as you have your seed words, you have your wallet. We do not access seed words and cannot recover those for users. You can also use your seed words in the core wallet you can download from the Ravencoin website/github.
