Closing the account of a loyal customer of over 10yrs, I comply to all the rules, & return items correctly. I haven’t placed an order since April. Contacted customer services and they wouldn’t even talk to me about or even tell me what I’ve supposedly done wrong. #ASOS @ASOS_news

Imagine closing the account of a genuine, loyal customer of 15 years! Apparently that’s how @ASOS_news do business. To make it even better they then treat you like a criminal when you question the decision… 🫠🫠🫠

@ASOS_news Blocking my account with no notice what so ever. Insane you can be a loyal customer for years (FYI It’s normal to return clothes THAT DONT FIT) and they just close your account and this is the response you get from contacting customer service. INSANE!
