‘My’ beloved Fountainbridge Library is in Bruce Peter’s terrific new book ‘Art Deco in Scotland’ published by @HistEnvScot 100 years after the Exposition Internationale des Arts Decoratifs et Industries Modernes was held in Paris, from which the ‘Art Deco’ name derives.

@AliceStrang @JonSchueler I had a wonderful time photographing him and his work when he had an exhibition at the Talbot Rice Centre - he filled the space with work created in situ.

It was great to visit Magda Salvesen @JonSchueler in the New York loft where he painted at the end of his long and prolific career. Just look at the works she put out for us! The Foundation is an exemplary model of how to run an Artist’s Estate. Info: jonschueler.org
