@The_Gorefang @FromSoftCentral Sadly its only hard because its unfair. Literally unless you get lucky and only miss the VERY last attack in his chain. It will stun lock you and WILL kill you without perfect dodging each attack.

@FromSoftCentral Please, play the games on the hardest difficulties before saying something like this. Old games are default on their hardest, set these to their counterparts. Final Nemmy in Inferno is the hardest boss in the series by an INFINITE amount.

@CosmonautMarcus Calling the remakes "Faithful" is very hit or miss. Almost every remake (Aside from 1Remake) has something about them that makes me prefer the original. Lack of Zapping and proper story telling in 2. Cut content and nemesis assassination in 3. Over reliance on parry in 4.

The only reason resident evil is popular enough to get new games every year or two is because not every modern gamer wants to play a ps1 game to get into a series. Getting mad at that fact is a waste of time. You either get well made, faithful remakes or you get no Resident Evil.

@ArkTheDM 'As large as they can manage' was meant to cover this. Large enough to accommodate distinct locations, but small enough to let them make roads impassable (as they always do) and not make travel feel like a slog.

My ideal RE is one that adopts Dead Rising's time-based objective system with RE's brand of survival horror gameplay, but scaled to as large of a cityscape as they can manage. Let players prioritize what to do and when, make consequences for those choices, and hide the seams.
