Congrats to Simon Gerber & Vivian Ford for winning the latest A-Chain! Vivian had a great week of training capped off with a gutsy 4x800m anchor leg on Saturday, while Simon punched his ticket to the HSR Finals on Saturday with a 15-second PB in the 3200m!

Dean Semski & Mitchell Ford team up with Solayinka Kehinde & David Akinrolabu you place 3rd in the 4x400m in 3:32.18 to close out the day!

Max LeMay, Brody Naminski, Isaac Wood, & Michael Carson follow up with a 7th place 4x800m finish in 8:42.08!

Good trio of 3200m runs today at Brownsburg! Simon Gerber led a ds the way, placing 4th in a 15 second PB of 9:41.30, with Colin Packer in 10th (9:58.01) and Max Hunter 11th (10:08.88)!

Sam Rose & Aly Connors are our latest A-Chain recipients! Aly hates to lose probably more than she likes to win and helped 2 relays take home indoor HCC titles, while Sam is currently on a tear, dropping his 3200m time last weekend by over a minute!

Girls DMR of Sutter, Palmer, Raleigh Owens, & Searle places 6th in 14:49.89!

Boys 4x800m of Isaac Washington, Caleb Vandever, Eli Hulett, & Julian Tutt places 2nd in 8:57.65!

Mitchell Ford, Jacob Enz, Aedan Aspaas, & Quinn Murray finish 15th out of 56 schools in the Distance Medley Relay at the New Balance Indoor Nationals in Boston in a new SCHOOL RECORD of 10:25.01, currently the fastest time in Indiana!

Good luck to these birds today in the Distance Medley Relay at the New Balance Indoor Nationals in Boston! DMR goes off at 5:43!

Congrats to Lily Hwang & Israel Pius on winning the A-Chain for last week! Lily had a great double at the Brownsburg Individuals meet on Saturday, while Israel ran his first meet ever in an Avon uniform over the weekend and continues to bring fist bumps and positivity every day!

In the 3200m, Olivia Haberman (9th, 11:59.53) & Max Hunter (9th, 9:59.92) broke the 12 and 10 minute barriers, respectively, for the first time! Colin Packer placed 10th overall (10:01.62), while Lauren Harvey placed 12th (12:18.70) in her first crack at the distance!

The boys 4x800m of Dean Semski, Simon Gerber, Max LeMay, & Mitchell Ford placed 3rd overall in 8:06.41, while Semski teamed with Quinn Murray, Victor Okanlawon, & Aedan Aspaas to place 4th in the Distance Medley Relay (10:53.01)!

Great night of racing at the @HoosierCConf Indoor Invitational last night! Girls are runners-up with 79 points while the boys are third, also with 79 points!
