$UMAC $ONDS Unusual Machines, Inc. (UMAC) , (the "Company", or "Unusual Machines"), a United States-based manufacturer and distributor of drone parts, today announced it has priced a public offering for the sale of 8,823,529 shares of its common stock in a public offering (the "Offering") at a price of $17.00 per share. Reality check: Not making the cut at Phase I of the Drone Dominance Gauntlet doesn’t change much for $ONDS. I was confident about Ondas heading into the competition — there is no denying that — but stepping back and looking at the economics, the program was never going to be a major profit pool anyway. Drone Dominance is essentially about industrializing cheap attack drones. The program aims to bring cost-per-drone down from $5,000 to ~$2,000. When procurement is explicitly trying to drive unit costs down, supplier economics start to resemble munition manufacturing — high volume, structurally lower margin. Ukraine has already shown where this is heading. FPV drones are now being produced and used in the millions because they’re cheap and expendable. In many ways they’re basically artillery shells with propellers. Which makes the more interesting market the other side of that equation. If cheap drones proliferate everywhere, the demand to defend against them grows just as quickly. That’s where Ondas’ recent activity has been concentrated: • ~$16.8M in airport C-UAS orders • ~$6M in Sentrycs systems in the Middle East • $20M border protection contract, set to reach $100M+ Those aren’t consumables. They’re systems protecting infrastructure. Drone Dominance will likely produce a lot of drones. The companies building the systems designed to detect and stop them will ultimately capture more durable economic value. This is not to say the Wåsp’s story is over at the Drone Dominance Gauntlet — groups that didn’t advance in the initial round can still re-apply for Phase II. But the reality remains that one-way attack drones were never going to be a key revenue line item for Ondas. We should be focused on high-margin, recurring revenues for C-UAS. This is exactly where Ondas has been dominating lately.

Price is now sitting in a VERY STRONG confluence support zone between $9.86–$10.27 (white circle): 1⃣ $9.86 - High of internal Wave 1 before the last major breakout. 2⃣ Daily MA50 (blue). 3⃣ Rising yellow trend zone from the wave bottom. 4⃣ Fibonacci confluence: Although the 0.618 Fib at $10.27 is deeper, it still keeps the wave structure valid = internal Wave 4 support. If price holds the $9.86-$10.27 zone, price may FINISH the wave pull back, and MAJOR WAVE 3 TO THE UPSIDE CAN CONTINUE. I will keep updating upon any progress.
