@AzurPR Our Discount Codes are good for one year from the date of issue. And you can book 330 days out. You actually have almost 2 full years to travel. You just need to book prior to the expiration date.

@AlaskaAir Worth asking though isn’t it? I know one of the managing directors so I’ll certainly tell him my thoughts. Not really good enough service wise is it? Not the best way to treat customers potential or otherwise. My goddaughter travels with you a lot.

@AzurPR The $12 voucher is to help set off the cost of your food. It isn't meant to fully cover it. A ticket refund is not possible when you are going to be using the ticket
and first class upgrades are not available to be used as compensation.

Thé price of a coffee in Maui airport when @AlaskaAir gives you a 12 dollar voucher for a 6 hour delay which is supposed to buy you lunch? Really? It’s a joke?!

@AlaskaAir A refund on this flight then? Vouchers usually only last a few months and we may not be able to afford to come this way soon again from France. It’s a long way. Or perhaps an upgrade so we can sleep? Not in Petaluma very long so it’s very disappointing. Thanks for your help. C

@AzurPR I am so sorry you have not been provided updates at the airport. Your flight is delayed due to a mechanical issue. We have an estimated departure time of 915 pm there will be compensation sent to each guest on this flight in the next few days. I will share your feedback.

@BTOpenreach1 my elderly parents in law have been without a phone now for nearly two weeks. What is wrong with your engineers that they cannot visit and fix this? Imperative for the elderly to be in contact.
