Coach Dav will not be in the weightroom this week with being out of town.5-7pm will be back up and running next Monday 02-07-22.There are several options to get your lifts in this week, Coach Baldwin (6am), Coach McFadden (3pm), Coach Henderson (4pm), Coach Spray/Venable (7pm)

Just as a general reminder! Masks must be worn because of current school district and WIAA requirements. Athletic shoes (no cleats) (if proper footwear is a challenge let’s chat) and comfortable workout clothes must be worn.

Starting tomorrow, Aug 23, the Black Hills S&C facility will be open for all athletes and students of all skill levels from 5pm to 7pm. The S&C program will be designed and programmed for a Mon-Thurs schedule. Be willing to work and be coached!!
