Favorite one he did was using golf clubs as a metaphor for the roles of the players on the team. When I was a head coach, I used the same speech each year at the beginning of the year. The kids knew it was coming, but I always enjoyed giving the speech to them.

3/4 grade travel came out with the win today in their first game at BIS. Team is playing some great man to man defense. Good job players and coaches.

Alumni update: Julius Silva has 6 points, 2 rebounds, and 1 assist yesterday in SMCC’s home win. SMCC is now 12-4 on the season.

Tigers win 67-49 last night at Massabesic to improve to 3-6. JV and Freshmen also won. Biddeford will finally return home Friday night vs Noble at 6:30pm. 8th grade team will be halftime show. Hope to see a big crowd at Tiger on Friday night.

Jr. Will Harriman had himself a night. Career high 30 points, 6-7 from beyond the arc, and 9 rebounds in the win. Will was at least 4-5 practices over break with us helping our bigs. Hard work pays off.
