@askdepop also I managed to get into contact with Hermes and they said it may have been lost in transit due to the length of time which has passed. Is there any way you can confirm with Hermes if the item is lost? Thank you very much! 🙌🏻

@askdepop hello! I sent a parcel on the 20/08/21 and on the Hermes tracking webpage it has come to a stand still since 24/08/21. On Depop it’s says that the parcel ‘could not be delivered’ and will be returned. I used an in app label!
