One of those who joined me in my latest zoom meeting with local business leaders was Simon Fletcher. Simon runs @BakerStKitchen in Mbro and will soon open Pinchinthorpe Hall as a restaurant & venue. I want to wish Simon luck with both ventures when Covid restrictions are lifted
