@zenbrainest The paper where they targeted putamen showed a correlation of effectiveness with PET measures (clozapine binding IIRC?) but I'm not aware of any stereological quantification

@zenbrainest We were surprised. The transduction is patchy, not surprisingly. That may make a difference. Would love to discuss more
