A Frost Advisory is in effect tonight through tomorrow morning for Calhoun County. Temperatures in the mid 30s could allow frost to develop and damage sensitive plants🌱

Also, a Freeze Warning goes into effect tonight at 10 PM and will be valid until 10 AM tomorrow morning. Lows from 22 to 29 degrees are expected, with wind chills as low as the mid teens.

Calhoun County is currently under a Wind Advisory that continues through 7 PM tonight. Sustained winds of 15-20 MPH are forecasted, as well as occasional gusts up to 40 MPH.

🧵Snow flurries and light snow showers are possible throughout the day today. If you see snow, we’d love to see some photos! Ground temperatures are above freezing so we do not expect any travel impacts at this time.

The entire area is now under a level 3 of 5 risk tonight, for damaging winds up to 70 mph, large hail, and tornadoes as the line of storms moves through. An additional threat of scattered storms may become supercells in the southeastern third of the area. Stay aware of updates!
