Imagine celebrating a draw that leaves us fourth in the group after two games. You'd think we'd won a group. This is exactly why our football struggles to progress, we've become comfortable with celebrating mediocrity. It’s embarrassing to watch.

Andrson yesterday was better than Rice, having him and Tonali will really be a massive upgrade. But i should believe Frenades, Ederson are better bcuz they’re cheaper than him right? As a club if we can’t convince player to join our project, we’re going to miss quality players.

When Tuchel Named Kobbie Mainoo alongside Elliot Anderson and Declan Rice, I wanted to pour out my honest truth and take on how it would go for him but that would have attracted a lot of hate, which I didn’t really care but I decided to watch it play out and to see if Tuchel trusts him for time. You could clearly see there’s almost no way Mainoo makes it to a pivot of Anderson and Rice. I don’t hate Kobbie Mainoo, why would I even hate the future of my club. I just want to air out the truth without bias, and irrespective of the fact that he’s my player. I know it’s too early and this is not a mockery but you can’t just want to favour him by shifting the truth and shading the obvious. Mainoo is nowhere close to the levels of Anderson and Rice, for now. It doesn’t mean he won’t grow into being like them or even becoming better, but as it stands, I don’t think any manager would leave a fully fit Anderson or Rice on the bench for Mainoo. He was called up because he impressed, despite featuring more under Carrick than Amorim. I hope he shows himself when Tuchel finally gives him a chance.
