@BitPaySupport I have sent usdc form 1 of my exchanges as an erc20 to my bitpaygo windows desktop wallet which it says is connected to ethereum wallet but there is no sign of the funds anywhere??? I have checked etherscan and it's empty??? I sent multiple thousands so I need help big time

@BitPaySupport Hello, I have payed for a amazon gift card and for some reason it doesn't appear only saying something went wrong. The BTC payment took a long time and I had to do a Child pays for parent thing but now that I payed for the amazon money it says something went wrong.

@BitPaySupport I contacted support with the same issue this morning but haven't heard back. I waited 2 days to top up again figuring this issue would be solved but it has only gotten worse. My last 3 top ups were short around $10 each, but this last one was $31.14.

@BitPaySupport On my last two top ups I've been shorted around $10 each time. I caught it on the first one so decided to try a 2nd time and screenshot it. First time I got around $120 instead of $130 and second time I got $142.23 instead of $152.17.
