Labour's pubs u-turn takes us up to 12 major u-turns by Starmer & Reeves since they took office. It's weak leadership from people who have no idea what they're doing. Keir Starmer should be ashamed.

Keir Starmer and Rachel Reeves are destroying our high streets and pubs. Labour don't understand business.

A "must read" on the costs of #NetZero... 🤔

Last night, Labour MPs voted to increase your taxes. They voted to put party before country and break their manifesto promise not to raise taxes, because Keir Starmer hasn’t got the backbone to control welfare spending.

Labour councillors voting to increase their pay, slashing core services and so short on funds they are having to borrow from other councils to cover day-to-day costs and now failing to pay money it owes. This is a cynical ploy to cling onto party members and core Conservatives voters. Some will be taken in. If they thought this was the right thing to do, wouldn’t they have done it at any time over the past 14 years or just before the general election? Won’t ever happen….

Badenoch's speech completely detached from reality with no mention of protecting our communities from the climate crisis - particularly in light of her party’s plans to scrap the Climate Change Act and throw away Britain's progress on preventing climate breakdown

I can see @Conservatives trying to absurdly reinvent themselves on economy. The public still living through the cost of living crisis Truss catalysed; the ripple effects of a botched Brexit and public services left after austerity went wrong. Six chancellors in five years.

Just a few days ago, Kemi Badenoch proved her knowledge of Northern Irish politics was patchy at best. Now we're supposed to believe she's capable of renegotiating the Good Friday Agreement after pulling the UK out of the ECHR...
