The paper draws one distinction that reframes everything: Storage model → find and release what was buried (exorcism) Inference model → recalibrate predictions, retrain expectations (training) Adjustments introduce sensory prediction errors the nervous system must resolve. Rehab retrains expected sensorimotor patterns. StrongPosture® work calibrates the brain's internal body model.

Very true! Shaped by moment-by-moment interoceptive predictions which form allostatic processes. "Your body is made to move" is the First Posture Principle, explaining why moving well helps shape thinking well.
François Chollet@fchollet

We underestimate how much "abstract" thought is just repurposed sensorimotor control circuitry. A lot of reasoning is essentially about moving through idea-space the way we move through physical space.

& from Anthropic press Daniela Amodei: "“it’s human qualities: the ability to relate, to empathize and be around other humans. What’s not going to be replaceable is how you treat other people, how well you communicate with them, how kind you are." # @DanielaAmodei #HealthcareFuture
