@StomaCop That’s actually ridiculous and a total waste of your time and their time! My husband just rings the company his prescription is with and tells them what he needs and they send it. Do they think there is a massive underground market for stoma bags??

GP no longer have my stoma bags on repeat prescription. So now I have to go and beg every month in person 🤦🏻‍♂️ I tried explaining that I will need them for the rest of my life but computer said no.
