@_R3dacted @hololive_En I realize not everyone brought tons of bags with them to the concert itself, but some have...hence my suggestion. It's not a solution. It's only fixing part of the problem truthfully.

This really is not an acceptable solution because even presuming the slow admission was due to a security bottleneck, not everyone had bags that needed to be checked. Why should fans who show up with just a t-shirt and penlight have to miss part of the show because the venue is too slow checking other people?

@SylentBell If you have a blue checkmark, you're blocked by people automatically - even if you've never interacted with them. It has to do with some people using a third-party script or something that blocks any and all who have checkmarks. Unfortunate but nothing you can do about it.

@gotrice2024 Neither of them were right in the situation. The customer was purposely being antagonistic instead of pulling his card out, and the employee should've told him about the system being down before the order even happened.

This gentleman went to get a quick bite to eat, he ordered his sandwich the way he wanted it and when the employee rung him up, he tried to give the cash. The employee became annoyed and told him that due to a system problem, they couldn’t take cash and told him he would be throwing his sandwich away. The gentleman even said that since it was an issue on their end could he just get the sandwich for free since it’s not his fault they couldn’t accept cash and the employee became even more annoyed and said no. I have a feeling the employee was annoyed because he knew it was his fault he didn’t let the customer know beforehand what was going on, shouldn’t the employee just let him have the sandwich though?
