In my opinion, I think it's a great way of training. I think everyone should do a little training/fitness that way. Even if you're not into the military style moves. Look at all the different muscle groups getting a work out. Not to mention cardiovascular, balance, perception and raspatory. I'm in my late 60's now, most likely couldn't do it. But damn I wish I started something like that in my 30's. My body wouldn't be falling apart as it is now.
