We have two scenarios: 1. It's Trump's typical hyperbole, and the former president didn't say those exact words. 2. It's one of the four former presidents: Clinton, Bush, Obama, Biden, and we know damn sure Biden couldn't carry that kind of conversation. I'm leaning toward Obama.
