@CardiacRad The elephant trunk looks to be quite a bit longer than most I see- great landing zone for 2nd stage TEVAR (plus clips[?] at the distal end for visibility under fluoro?). Thanks for sharing

Great example of elephant trunk repair of the aortic arch. This CT was used to plan second stage, in which the proximal descending thoracic aortic aneurysm, the thrombosed part around the “trunk,” will be repaired. #FOAMed

@CardiacRad @ghoshhajra @jjeudymd @wboonn OCT in MINOCA: all subjects w/ intracoronary thrombus (ACS) had LGE but 1/3 of LGE pattern was 'non-ischemic'. Small numbers but goes to show that rules are meant to be broken! imaging.onlinejacc.org/content/early/… @venkmurthy @DrMarthaGulati @MinnowWalsh
