fun FACTS:
- A&C were completely evaporated with no healthy outlet for their feelings EVER
- they let eo and the humanity they loved be destroyed and replaced in contradiction with previous episodes
- ending has dangerous suicidal messaging

@Lgt123Lisa I'm sorry, I just can't consider suicide, genocide, the death and destruction of sentient beings and all life in the universe, memory-wipes, and stripping canonical trans characters of their names as a good ending.

We all got annihilated this is the universe without the machinations and politics of Heaven and Hell inc. It all exists because a grumpy demon and silly Angel loved it so, an so we all go on. It might not be the ending you all wished for but its a good ending.

#goodomens3 Nothing in that fanexpo interview conflicts with the finale being bittersweet?? i think aziraphale and crowley did the selfless thing, removing themselves from the narrative to also take out god and satan? the ppl "who look a bit like" them still have their essence??

@lenalarat People can criticize bad bi rep. But bad rep is STILL rep. I would consider the Loki TV series bad bi rep because he only get's one line where it is mentioned. But, he is still canonically bisexual and queer. Loki is a queer story because the main character is queer.

Some of you guys will never understand how harmful the Good Omens ending was but a younger person I know personally told me that the only solution to the world’s problems they envision is for everything and everyone to be wiped out and start from scratch so thanks ❤️

@nafragous Rule Number One as an Author: DO NOT GO AFTER REVIEWERS WHO DIDN'T LIKE YOUR BOOK. This is not a difficult concept. Someone took time and effort to review your book, even if they didn't like it. Personally, I would appreciate the effort put in.

no one is saying that you as a lesbian or a gay man HAVE to read m/f books regardless of how they identify. what we ARE saying is that m/f romance where one or both people are queer ARE queer books. you don’t get to invalidate that just because you’re not interested

i think people that defend the finale, and get mad at us for hating it, just don’t understand that underneath all this negativity we come from a place of so, so much pain. we are so HURT by all of this. of course i am mad, it ripped my heart out

The fact that Crowley and Aziraphale didn't actually DO anything to save the world is the entire point. We joke about them being useless, but what they were in this moment was exactly what angels and demons were always intended to be: influences. Humanity saved the world.

Crowley suffered for 6000 years, was rejected, slept on the street for years, got a day with the love of his life where they constantly fought before killing himself along with everyone he ever loved. And this is supposed to be a happy ending in a comedy. Got it.
