@Msmenalicious This has been my campaign as a chartered estate surveyor and Valuer. Real essence is my forte, and I know government can solve the problem if they choose to.

@CeoParable It still falls back on the government. There should be regulations in place to checkmate landlords. Increasing rents every year is not sustainable.

It’s a serious issue. My landlord increased my rent by 1m and he has done so the previous years. From adding 300k to 500k to 700k and now to 1m.. It’s no longer sustainable paying rents..
