This roddy ricch album is interesting to look back on because this & my turn were the only two rap albums to dominate 2020 but this debut album didn't go on to have longevity on the charts like my turn did and I keep trying to figure out why but now I think I figured it out Firstly Roddy dropped this solid body of work in December 2019 and he kinda just got lazy with a few features here and there while lil baby continued to work my turn with him even throwing in a deluxe when the album was taking over, he even added the bigger picture to it which is critically acclaimed as one of the best tracks from a trap artist. Then lil baby proceeded to go on a crazy feature run with him even doing a collab album with durk the following year while roddy waited until December 2021 to pop out again but by the time the fire died out as he returned with something not worth the wait. Also a key difference from Roddy's debut and my turn is Roddy's debut had a couple big tracks that blew the album up while my turn was nothing but slappers back to back which gave the album longevity. The box and high fashin can only do a certain amount of carrying.

Okay? I am not suprised it was a great album from polo g that came out 6 years. It only spent 85 weeks on the charts and only stayed in the top 10 for a few weeks. That isn't dominating 2020 kid. I'm not going to rewrite history just because you're dicked out man. Did it age well? Sure. Was it a massivw album just like my turn and roddy's debut? No
