A new study has found certain cannabis terpenes to be effective at relieving post-surgical and fibromyalgia pain in preclinical models. Research from the University of Arizona Health Sciences and funded by the National Institute of Health, suggests that terpenes from the Cannabis sativa plant may be a viable medication for fibromyalgia and post-surgical pain relief. eu1.hubs.ly/H0hC4kv0

One common myth about Medical Cannabis is that it is a "cure-all" treatment 🌱 This is untrue. Medical #Cannabis is one treatment option of many and will not be the right medicine for everyone, and it cannot "cure" conditions.

@MedBudUK We recently had a case wherein police confiscated a patients medicines, some in labelled containers, some in their own glass jars. Whilst no charges were filed, the glass jars were not returned to the patient whereas the labelled jars were.

@ClinicsIntegro Medication doesn't need to be kept in original packaging legally, there's a large chunk of patients whom always decant into different containers for better long-term storage. While (if seen by police) it'll always be scrutinised more, the practice is legal - and common 👍
