Tim Daoust (1998–2001) was a two-time captain and dominant force on the Tigers’ defensive front. His 27.5 career sacks ranked 2nd in program history as Wittenberg went 45–5 with four conference titles and four NCAA playoff appearances. Now DL coach at Pitt. @coachdaoust #tigerup

Throwback Thursday to a defensive legend Taver Johnson (1990–93) was a two-time team MVP, two-time First-Team All-America, and the 1993 NCAA Division III Defensive Player of the Year. A dominant force for the Tigers and now a defensive backs analyst at Ohio State. #tigerup

Ron Lancaster (1956–59) led Wittenberg to a 25–8–1 record and the 1958 OAC title. All-OAC. Captain. MVP. In the CFL: 50,535 passing yards, 5 Grey Cups, 2x Player of the Year. Canadian Football Hall of Fame, first Wittenberg grad inducted into a major pro Hall of Fame. #tigerup

I am extremely blessed to announce my DUAL commitment to continue my academic and athletic career at Wittenberg University. I am beyond grateful for the opportunity to compete in both football and wrestling at the collegiate level.
