I think boys age 10+ need that confidence. 🙏🏼 BJJ is cool, dgmw, but I think Muay Thai gives them more agility and balance on their feet. striking, kicking, etc. BJJ ground game is undefeated, but If you go to the ground on the street, someone is going to kick your block off. Avoid at all costs. Lol. Go get em.
