@mrmerlin12 @overton_news Unless an Amendment is challenged in court it can not be considered unconstitutional. Essentially the executive order is challenging the 14th Amendment. Both the executive order and the Amendment can’t be right.

Never did I imagine that tweeting a number—used for years in protests to call for a president’s impeachment—would land someone a visit from the Secret Service. If this happened to a Trump supporter, they’d be screaming about Biden shredding the First Amendment and demanding impeachment by lunchtime.
