Hi all. Am Godwin,working at the intersection of medical research and ML. Am building a disease-blind model of health: a single-cell reference of a healthy lung that flags how a sample deviates from healthy, rather than detecting specific diseases.The bet is that if you model health well enough, diseases(even us unseen) shows up as deviation.Heavy user of scvi-tools and scArches. Right now I'm deep in the cross-cohort side of it, keeping a deviation signal robust to batch without integrating it away(The over integration problem).
