Another comeback thriller today against Ashland. 2 runs in the top of the 7th to take a 1 run lead. Held on in the bottom half for the win. Winners bracket game tomorrow against Waverly or Springfield.

Seniors with a big comeback, walkoff win last night over Wahoo State Bank. 26' Jay Wissenburg with the game tying hit in the 7th to extend the game. He followed that with a 2 out, 2 run walkoff single. Back at it today in a winners bracket game against Ashland at 4pm.

Area tournament starts Friday in Springfield.

Ticket to Junior Legion State Tournament on the line tonight in Hickman. Crete needs 2 wins, Hickman needs 1. First game at 5pm, second game to follow.
