Your home is not an investment.
I don't include it in net worth calculations.
30% of homeowners are house poor and unable to max their retirement contributions.
Retirement should come first, home second.

The U.S. House of Representatives has passed a bill to force TikTok to divest from its Chinese parent company, ByteDance, or face a nationwide ban.
The bill passed with a significant majority of 352 to 65.
The bill stipulates that TikTok has about six months to comply by selling its U.S. assets, failing which the app could be banned from U.S. app stores.
