but he has also spent nearly all of his savings to receive such care. My mother continues to battle the VA on what seems like an endless battle. I’m asking for guidance for my grandfather and hope that the next 4 yrs see our veterans treated with more respect and compassion.

He is now in need of assisted living care and has been denied financial assistance three times by the VA. Although new legislation claimed to provide for WWII vets, they’ve stated that he’s not “disabled enough.” He is in a great facility where he is cared for and loved,

@JimIrsay We laid to rest my gma today. Our girls, 18 and 16, were blessed to have a great-gma for this long in their lives. So many memories, which also leads to serious grieving. Their mother and I are educators and would love to give them the joy of seeing Taylor Swift as they grieve.
