1) Don't stop fundraising - you have to keep at it all of the time.
2) Focus on company culture from day one.
3) It may feel lonely at times, but that feeling will pass.

A tribute to Dr. Ling Felce. I just read about the horrific Oxford accident: a cyclist trapped beneath a lorry and died at the scene. The very same place I hated and dreaded. Then, I found out that the person who died, was my former labmate and friend Ling! I'm shocked and 1/7
