Condolences to the family of John Fitzgerald, who passed away yesterday morning. You long-time fans will remember he was the starting center for one of the NFL's best offenses from 1973-80. He remains a part of the great lineage of centers who have played for the @dallascowboys!

On this day in 1938, Don Meredith was born. He was a three-time Pro Bowler, the 1966 Bert Bell Award winner and is in the @dallascowboys Ring of Honor. But as the first face of the franchise, he was perhaps better known for his larger-than-life personality. The great Dandy Don!
