Disappointing but not surprising that the Reform Councillor at Lancashire is negative around the Town of Culture bids. Arts and culture have significant positive impact on communities, seems miserable not to celebrate it. #bbcpnw

This is MMA fighter Sean McInnes. When Anne Marie Boyle asked him to leave her alone, he punched her in the face so hard that he broke her cheekbone and her eye socket, knocked her unconscious, and left her with a life-altering brain injury. He was given less than two years behind bars. It would be a real shame if this post was widely circulated and impacted his career in a negative way.

For this task on The Apprentice the first places I would contact first are the Tourist Information Centre, the local library, and civic society. Spend less time messing over items you don’t have a clue what they are. #TheApprentice

Absolutely sick to death of hearing about how the new @louistheroux documentary has made people think about attitudes to women. Lots of MPs jumping on the bandwagon. I mean, no disrespect to Louis - I’m grateful for the highlight - but for God’s sake… Women get killed by their partner every week. Tiny Man Tate has been a thing for years. Domestic violence shelters are overwhelmed. Women have been waving the red flags about incels and attitudes for years. We’ve been begging for change. We’ve been highlighting the serious threat of anti-women social media. Then a MAN makes a documentary and suddenly everyone’s interested? Do you not all think that this might be part of the problem?

I think Envoi Allen careless and callous death typifies this years Cheltenham Festival. The false starts and the unequal starts have created such a toxic atmosphere it led to allegations of racism. They have sucked the life out of punters. Not a great week for jump racing

Third series got off to a blinder, although I knew the plot twist thar was coming. Due to its own success it’s unpredictable has become slightly predictable. Intrigued for the rest of the series, pity I can not binge watch it all now. #TheCapture
