Seeing wrestling content community wide down big time May and June but what has really been eye opening is everyone’s livestreams of AEW Dynamite. Everyone’s viewership, and interest is DEAD both on YouTube and here on X. Numbers across the board regarding anything AEW is DEAD. And it’s not us. I know that for a fact. It’s on par with NXT numbers when I used to cover the show weekly. And that’s sad. I’ve more than ever have contemplated dropping Wednesday nights and not even covering the show, and replacing it with something else. I just don’t know what that looks like right now. I’ve heavily consider skipping Forbidden Door and watching Slammiversary simply because of Amazing Red. Every other show I do is just right where it needs to be, following the trends, and watching the ebbs and flows each season brings. There is no growth with AEW coverage. And honestly, it’s fucking sad.
