What a privilege it is to be working with Patrick Mitchell @pmitchellHEE on our advisory team. Patrick has had an enormous impact on innovation, tech and education in healthcare throughout his whole career.

Reading call scripts from clinics that we’re working with reveals the many, complex reasons behind why patients are unable to attend their appointments. Similar challenges affect many patients who can’t get to their hospital appointments at a specific date and time.
