@FuukaChud Absolutely. Cut content galor, and half of the best cutscenes are gone, combat is overall worse, and many more little things that just add up to tanking the whole experience

@FuukaChud God, I hope not, but would not surprise me if this is how it is going forward. You're right though, that would make its placement make sense

@DercusPercus I did just slap this together but TOTK should go down. However, if more games are taking design cues from it (like how Echoes of Wisdom did) then it would justify its placement.

Since so many have asked, I have made a tier list on the hierarchy of games. The 3 games I consider to be required to call yourself a fan is Ocarina of Time, Majora's Mask, and A Link to the Past.

@BasedEmetSelch Give me at least another DoT on sch please and I will come back. Every class is so boring now, it makes casual content that used to be fun in hw/stb a boring slog. I shouldn't have to do savage, or even ultimates, to feel slightly engaged

Unfortunately, there are a few who don’t quite get it – whether it’s llamatodd, Lanselot, Crystal or Prime saying it – we want FFXIV to return to its successful roots and stop simplifying or streamlining everything. The way they’ve overhauled the Summoner, the Viper and, last but not least, the Black Mage is simply the wrong approach. On top of that, looking back, removing the various tank stances was a mistake.
