New Testament scholar Jeremiah Johnston explains why he believes the Shroud of Turin is authentic, tells story about how Jewish technical photographer Barrie Schwortz became convinced it was authentic. "If you're a medieval forger, how are you gonna know about AB blood?" "I believe that based on the evidence in the 102 academic disciplines that have studied over 600,000 research hours in it... I believe that because I'm not irrational." "I went from skeptic to believing in it based on the science..." "It is an itemized receipt of how much Jesus loves you." Remarkable. Video: @ShawnRyan762

16 years ago I waited in a long line outside the apple store to buy the first ipad. I was so excited to walk home with it! The very next morning I dropped it on the bathroom floor and cracked the screen. And I don’t mean a tiny crack. It was completely wrecked. There was no apple care back then. I wasn’t earning that much. I was devastated. I went back to the apple store to see if they can replace the screen and how much it would cost. I was afraid the only solution was to buy a new one. “Hi how can I help you?” “I’m a dumbass” and showed him the cracked screen. “Oh man. Let me see what I can do.” He took my cracked ipad somewhere in the back. About ten minutes later he came back. He was holding a box. “Be more careful next time.” He handed me a brand new ipad. For free. I couldn’t believe it. He didn’t have to do that. He could’ve just said “sorry nothing we can do” but instead he went and persuaded his boss to do a good deed for a complete stranger. I don’t think stuff like this happens anymore. But 16 years ago, that interaction with an apple store employee left a profound mark on me.

This is my new book The Jesus Discoveries. The evidence for Jesus is stronger than most people realize. Linked in my bio. I spent years researching 10 of the most significant historical finds connected to the life of Christ — and I wrote them all down in The Jesus Discoveries so YOU could see what I see: Jesus face-to-face. It’s full of pictures. It’s built for skeptics AND believers. And it’s dedicated to my 9-year-old son Abel — because I want the next generation to know the truth. Get your copies today. Share it. Give it away. The world needs this. Link: a.co/d/04z8L4ZQ

HE’S NOT HUMAN. - At 52 years old, Tom Cruise did the impossible. - An inverted, vertical pole climb. Handcuffed. - Zero CGI. No digital doubles. No shortcuts. - He spent five months mastering acrobatics for a single scene. The movement was so physically demanding that even the professional stunt team couldn't replicate it. - He nearly shattered his collarbone to get the shot. Is Tom Cruise the last real action star?

Lynn White had $0 for a lawyer and $73,000 in debt hanging over her head. She was facing eviction in Long Beach, California. Lost her first trial. The clock was running out. So she opened ChatGPT. She told it to pretend it was a Harvard Law professor. Then she told it to rip her arguments apart. Harshly. No mercy. Find every hole before opposing counsel does. It did exactly that. She rebuilt her case argument by argument, using AI feedback as her sparring partner every single night. She researched with Perplexity. She cross-checked everything. She filed her own appeal with zero legal training and zero dollars spent on representation. Then she walked into court and won. The eviction was overturned. $55,000 in penalties gone. $18,000 in overdue rent, resolved. The lawyers on the other side were so stunned they emailed her afterward. Told her if law was something she was interested in as a profession, she could certainly do the job. She was a tenant who lost her first trial. Her exact words after the verdict: "It felt like David and Goliath, except my slingshot was AI." This is the story that makes every $500/hour attorney uncomfortable. Not because AI passed the bar. But because a woman with no money, no legal background, and no second chances used free tools to beat a legal team that had all three. The legal industry has spent years arguing AI can't replace lawyers. Lynn White wasn't trying to replace anyone. She was just trying to keep her home.

Reporter: “If everything you say is true, how does being part of that network justify being shot?” JD Vance: “Well, being part of the network doesn’t justify being shot, but ramming an ICE officer with your car—that justifies being shot."

@XFreeze So beside Lemonade and Tesla when is the insurance industry going to catch up. Premiums on Model Y's and Cybertrucks are still crazy high compared to ICE vehicles. The CT I can get, but the Model Y - it's the best selling vehicle in the world - drop the rates already!

Tesla cars, especially with FSD, are the safest ever built and nothing else comes close Every Tesla carries a top-notch 5-star NHTSA rating Even the starting model doesn't have any compromises on this part Now Pair that with FSD Supervised and you're looking at a system ~9x safer than the average U.S. driver - 5-Star NHTSA ratings across every model - FSD Supervised: ~9x safer than the avg. U.S. driver (1 crash per 6.36M miles, Q3 2025) - Euro NCAP Best-in-Class 2025 - Model 3 & Model Y - Model Y: Highest Euro NCAP score ever recorded (362 pts) Engineered to protect everyone inside and outside the car There are real-life incidents where people have walked away unharmed from crashes so severe they would have been fatal in any other car. Tesla's safety is not just numbers on paper; it saves lives every day The safest cars ever built and getting safer every day Tesla did not just raise the bar. It inspired the entire industry to follow

A church switched from giving branded mugs to first-time visitors to donating meals to a local rescue mission in their name. Their connect card completion rate went from roughly 15% to almost 95% (@refugechurchlc on IG). The gift changed from "here's our logo" to "we did something meaningful on your behalf." Turns out their community responded to generosity, rather than merchandise.

You would legitimately be stunned to find what the American government and politicians did that was overtly and explicitly Christian when our nation was founded. - The first English Bible ever printed in America was funded and commissioned by Congress. - One of Congress' first acts was to select and pay Christian ministers as chaplains - Congress designated the House chamber for weekly Christian worship services in the capital building - This was the prayer at the first Continent Congress: "The prayer at the first Continental Congress on September 7th 1774: O Lord our Heavenly Father, high and mighty King of kings, and Lord of lords, who dost from thy throne behold all the dwellers on earth and reignest with power supreme and uncontrolled over all the Kingdoms, Empires and Governments; look down in mercy, we beseech Thee, on these our American States, who have fled to Thee from the rod of the oppressor and thrown themselves on Thy gracious protection, desiring to be henceforth dependent only on Thee. To Thee have they appealed for the righteousness of their cause; to Thee do they now look up for that countenance and support, which Thou alone canst give. Take them, therefore, Heavenly Father, under thy nurturing care; give them wisdom in Council and valor in the field; Defeat the malicious designs of our cruel adversaries; Convince them of the unrighteousness of their Cause & if they persist in their sanguinary purposes, O! let the voice of Thine own unerring justice, sounding in their hearts, constrain them to drop the weapons of war from their unnerved hands in the day of battle! Be Thou present, O God of wisdom, and direct the councils of this honorable Assembly; enable them to settle things on the best and surest foundation. That the scene of blood may be speedily closed; that order, harmony and peace may be effectually restored, and truth and justice, religion and piety, prevail and flourish amongst Thy people. Preserve the health of their bodies and vigor of their minds; shower down on them and the millions they here represent, such temporal blessings as Thou seest expedient for them in this world, and crown them with everlasting glory in the world to come. All this we ask in the name and through the merits of Jesus Christ, Thy Son and our Savior. Amen." - Etc. It's not a departure from the original norm for the US government to openly treat Christianity as true; it has been a departure from the norm for the US government *not to* for the last ~80 years

The Biblical Man
The Biblical Man@Biblicalman·
Joseph of Arimathea pulled a corpse off a cross with his bare hands. Blood under his fingernails. The weight of a dead man sagging into his arms. He wrapped God in linen, pressed the fabric into wounds that were still wet. Nicodemus brought seventy-five pounds of burial spice. A king's funeral for a man the world just murdered. They carried Him into a hole in the rock and rolled the stone shut. And everything you've ever done went in with Him. Every night you can't sleep because of what you did. Every morning, you can't look in the mirror. The thing you did to her. The thing you did to them. The lie you've been carrying so long it feels like bone. The version of you that drinks alone and pretends tomorrow will be different. That man was buried with Christ. Stone sealed. Done. Not managed. Not in therapy. Not on a payment plan with God where you slowly earn your way back. Buried. In a tomb. Under rock. Gone. Three days of silence. Three days of a cold body in the dark. Then the stone moved. And when He walked out, the grave clothes were folded on the slab. He didn't stumble out tangled in death. He left it sitting there like a man who's done with the clothes he used to wear. Lazarus needed someone to unwrap him. Death still clung to him even after he was breathing. Jesus folded His own burial linen and walked out clean. That's the difference between religion and resurrection. Religion unwraps you slowly. Asks you to manage your sin. Attend the class. Read the book. Try harder next week. Resurrection says the man who walked into that tomb is dead. The man who walked out doesn't know him. You're not fixing the old you. The old you is in a sealed tomb in Jerusalem, and he's not coming back. The man reading this, the one who thinks he's too far gone, you're not too far. You're already buried. The funeral happened two thousand years ago. Now get up. The stone's already moved. The linen's already folded. Walk out.
