Paraphrasing Lisa Toppin - talent management looks similar everywhere. If we want to make change we've talked about, we have to deconstruct our process becase they are baked in the social oppression of our society. We can't elliminate, but can we reduce by having better managers?

I passed the CFRE exam this week earning the designation! I was not really going to say much about it, but then read Kiese Laymon this week on how we undermine ourselves so decided to share. I did a lot of work to earn this, the earning wasn't the goal, but the work was mine.
