⚡️Let’s begin with the word: Disinfolklore. Folklore is the deep stock of stories a people share — bogeyman, the wise king, the monster at the border. Disinfolklore is those stories weaponised: ancient characters loaded with someone else’s intention and fired at our feelings.

We're up to about 4 suitcases now: 2 full of Sawyer water filters, and 2 full of tacmed to replenish our and Protect A Volunteer's in-country stocks. But we need MORE. We have tens of thousands of dollars in tamed requests from undersupplied teams, including one team who needs 1000 CATs. That's $25K at our cost. Other NGOs either aren't stepping up or are providing cheap knockoff gear that gets people killed. ⚡️I didn't find idea of Disinfolklore in a library. I found it on a bridge. For 3 years I was a monitor on the front line in eastern Ukraine, negotiating daily, through a fog of Russian propaganda, with armed occupiers I came to call bridge-trolls.
