80mg?!? hilarious -way too much
for any injection
If you’re asking ‘is the needle long enough ’ i’m guessing wasn’t US guided. Larger body habitus tricky to infiltrate peri-tendinous at 6-7cm even UG guided.
Do the job properly - blame the practitioner not the injectate.
Whoever did this injection did a shocking job
