@SECPakistan @cdcpkofficial @pakstockexgltd @afkhwaja There is a serious need to look at T+1 settlement as apart from the Banks even CDC pakistan is ill prepared for this. As of now CDC system is down and clients who have to transfer shares due to T+1 will default on this for no fault of theirs while CDC says its system error and it will take its own sweet time to fix this! This is seriously beyond hope. Also if clients default on this due to CDCs fault then @cdcpkofficial should be responsible for square up mkt losses. The custodians server can never be down!
