@AbsaSouthAfrica @Nedbank Considering I've tried everything in my power and @Nedbank keeps sending me this message, I think I have to try and open another account. Decades long customer about to be lost here, Nedbank. Calling the helpline, visiting my branch, online Twitter support, no change.

The @Nedbank FICA process is a joke - 3x filled out details in-app, called contact center, visited branch with documentation, was assured all is well, still get SMSes and in-app notifications that my account will be closed. Might have to open an account with another bank in case.

Worst part is, none of the notifications say what is wrong, what is still missing or unverified. Just "Call the contact center" or "visit the branch" - they don't know what is wrong either... How can a process be this bad.

Trying to cancel subscription to @PacktPublishing - cancellation form doesn't work, lots of JS errors in the console. Pausing also fails. Submitting a help request on the contact form provides no feedback to confirm that the submission succeeded, and no e-mail ticket received. 😒

All the nagging from @jetbrains to activate a trial of their AI assistant is so obnoxious, and turning off all the AI options in Resharper doesn't make it go away.

@citizenmatt @jetbrains Is there a way to stop the @jetbrains Resharper extension from opening browser windows without uninstalling it? This is happening every few minutes, and at this point the extension is harming productivity more than helping it. 2 weeks and no fix yet.

Since @jetbrains released their AI publicly, the ReSharper Extension in my Visual Studio keeps popping up browser windows to authenticate the Jetbrains account, even though I disabled all the AI settings in the extension since I am already using another coding AI assistant.

I sign into @Dropbox on a new browser. They send a verification code to my e-mail which I have to enter to log in. I do so. Less than a minute later I get a security notice to the same e-mail asking me to verify that it was me who logged in. What was the point of the code?

@miwayinsurance I appreciate the speedy reply and I have done so - would advise a clean-up of the marketing lists though, and especially revisiting the procedure of repeat calling numbers that don't pick up relentlessly. Have a good day further.

I'm not a customer of @miwayinsurance. I've never contacted them for a quote or had any dealings with them. Yet I get missed call after missed call from their contracted call centers. I never pick up, but the calls keep coming. I'd love to know where they bought my personal info.

can't process the cancellation, have the system remind your staff to cancel it later in the process rather than ask the customer to try again later. I'd say it's worth examining all your policies for things like this and changing them to be in favour of the customer, and (9)
