@SiriusXSimurgh The point is though that this doesn’t necessitate all humans are lesser than angels. And we have ahadith to prove that the Prophets are higher than the angels.

@EdgeOfInfinty We know from other verses that some children of Bani Israel didn't cause corruption. That's why we rule out the absolute meaning which includes all. Do you have similar verses which exclude some children of Adam from that verse? If not, then we include all.

@SiriusXSimurgh It can still be general even if it is referring to Bani Adam. Quran 17:4 says that the Bani Israel would cause corruption in the land. Is this referring to all of them including the Prophets whom Allah appointed? Of course not, it’s just general. Also a Hadith from Sunni sources

@EdgeOfInfinty No. Bani Adam is children of Adam, not mankind. It would be general if it said something like "Insan" , which it does not We don't have a single hadith confirming prophets are superior to angels. Nor a verse of the Quran.

So understood, the Father being immaterial necessitates divisibility in said ousia.

The Disembodied Dilemma: If the disembodied immaterial Father interpenetrates the embodied material Son; either: 1) the Father is embodied, but shares the same indivisible essence (ousia) as the Son, or 2) does not; thus has a separate essence to the Son. Pick your poison!

First: the Quran never says it’s confirming the Jewish and Christian canons that exist in the 7th century. It only claims to confirm what prior prophets actually taught including the gospel message Jesus actually taught. Jewish and Christian scriptural canons are not coextensive with what the prophets actually taught; they at best contain some extant prophetic teaching in meaning plus layers of post prophetic edits, redaction and interpretations. Second: the Jewish and Christian scriptures in their present form must be interpreted to arrive at Christian doctrines; they can also be interpreted in agreement with the Quran. So even if one grants the Quran confirming them, the dilemma argument requires the Quran to agree to Christian exegesis of the Bible - which the Quran definitely does not confirm and outright rejects.
