I don’t think people are realising that the #faketapes being asked of actors are NEVER SENT ON! This isn’t an unsolicited tape scenario where agent asks CD to consider someone off the requested list..These are doctored audition invites and tapes that are immediately deleted!!

@AerLingus Jacob at customer services was very rude and unhelpful. I am due a way overdue refund. You're customer services don't help.Please see my emails and stop telling me my case is "still open" & being "escalated"when it is clearly not after 4months.Just process my refund!
