CONGRESS | #cGvHD2026 | ORAL PRESENTATION Maria Helena Parrinello presents data from a study aiming to validate the #cGvHD immune reconstitution (IR) score in a contemporary cohort of patients (N = 166), and evaluate its utility in predicting 5-year outcomes including cGvHD-free survival and relapse (historical cohort, n = 127; contemporary cohort, n = 78). The IR score offers a practical, clinically applicable tool for long-term allo-HSCT survivors, stratifying 3-year OS from cGvHD onset.
